Captain Troy is the owner and operator of Distraction Charters in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. Troy is one of the first captains in the Gulf of Mexico to actively support and promote conservation minded charters. He offers a unique fishing trip and specializes in light tackle, family fishing.
