He even worked a few high school summers on a commercial fishing boat where he quickly found out that was a tough business to be in. Troy is married to Melissa and has four adult children. In August 2009, he became a grandfather of one beautiful little girl named Ava Grace.
Lem is a Memphis, Tennessee. native and attended Harding University. He grew up fishing lakes and rivers around the area and waterways. Lem fished the B.A.S.S. pro circuit for three years and gave it up to get married and raise his family. Lem is married to Allison and they have two precious small children and one on the way.
